What is the appearance or essence of sales?
What is the appearance of sales? A: Standardized business email list process developed by customers (ie sales sop process)
How does the SOP process in the general sense come from? It is a set of the most effective and efficient business processes explored by business predecessors to carry out training, promotion and replication as a standard business operation process. There are pros and cons to having a sop process, I think especially in sales operations.
Taking the telemarketing process as an example, the following figure shows the standardized SOP process for sales:
The standard process for online education companies to convert customers is that after the parents complete the user registration, the telemarketers will immediately make outbound visits to the parents. The initial visit will understand the customer's willingness, the child's English ability, and make an appointment for a trial class. After the parents have finished the trial class, the sales will continue to follow up, communicate the parents' purchase intentions about the students' experience, and try to promote the purchase of the courses by the parents.
The essence of the shallow layer is that four sales actions need to be completed through the SOP process:
